Genius Ops ("Genius Ops", "we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered Operations Intelligence Platform that connects to project management tools such as ClickUp, analyses operational data, and delivers reports and recommendations to authorised users within an organisation ("Customer", "you", or "your organisation").

Genius Ops is a business operations platform intended for use by working professionals and is not directed to, and should not be used by, children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Genius Ops may store and process information in countries other than your own, including South Africa and the countries where our hosting providers operate. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable data protection law, including South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
